W\u00e4hrenddessen die Eier trennen. Das Eiwei\u00df mit dem Zucker und dem Vanillezucker steif schlagen. In einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel die Eigelb mit 3 EL hei\u00dfem Wasser, dem Zitronenaroma und dem zerbr\u00f6ckelten Marzipan gut verr\u00fchren. Das Mehl, die gemahlenen N\u00fcsse und die geschmolzene und abgek\u00fchlte Butter unter die Marzipan-Masse ziehen.
