Die 24er-Muffinform bereit machen: Entweder mit Papierf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen oder die Vertiefungen einfetten und stauben.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Die klein geschnittene Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig schlagen, die Eier und das Vanillemark unterr\u00fchren. In einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel das Mehl mit dem Backpulver vermischen. Die Mehlmischung und die Milch z\u00fcgig unter die Buttermasse r\u00fchren.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">W\u00e4hrend man den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in die Vertiefungen f\u00fcllt, den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen. Die Muffins 12- 15 Minuten backen.
