Die Schokolade bei sehr schwacher Hitze schmelzen. Butter, Zucker, Vanillinzucker und eine Prise Salz schaumig r\u00fchren. Die Eier einzeln einr\u00fchren. Die abgek\u00fchlte Schokolade in den Teig gie\u00dfen. Mehl mit Kakao, Mandeln und Backpulver vermischen und unterheben. Eventuell die fl\u00fcssige Sahne dazugeben. Den Teig in eine gefettete Springform geben und bei 170\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze ca. 40 min backen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen, auf eine Tortenplatte st\u00fcrzen und einen Tortenring darum stellen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">F\u00fcr die Creme die Gelatine-Bl\u00e4tter kurz in kaltem Wasser quellen lassen, unter R\u00fchren bei sehr schwacher Hitze aufl\u00f6sen. Gleichzeitig Mascarpone, Zitronensaft, 2 EL Zucker und Apfelmus verr\u00fchren.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">2 EL der Creme mit der fl\u00fcssigen Gelatine verr\u00fchren.
