Mehl und Backpulver mischen. Weiche Butterst\u00fcckchen, Honig, gemahlene K\u00fcrbiskerne, Zitronenschale, Zimt und das Ei einkneten. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und ca. 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank geben.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Den Ofen auf Ober-\/Unterhitze 170\u00b0C vorheizen. Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fl\u00e4che ausrollen\u00a0 und Monde ausstechen.\u00a0 Die Monde auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben. Die Kekse eventuell mit einem Ei bestreichen und dann f\u00fcr ca. 8 Minuten backen. W\u00e4hrenddessen die Schokolade auf niedriger Temperatur schmelzen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Die ausgek\u00fchlten Kekse nach Belieben mit Schokolade bestreichen oder in Schokolade eintauchen.
