In die Muffinform Papierf\u00f6rmchen hineinsetzen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">In einem Topf Zucker, Honig, Butterst\u00fcckchen und 3 EL Milch auf schwacher Hitze unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen, bis die Butter vollst\u00e4ndig geschmolzen ist.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">W\u00e4hrend die Honigmasse abk\u00fchlt, in einer Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, Zimt, Lebkuchengew\u00fcrz, Backpulver und Mandeln verr\u00fchren. In einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel die Eier leicht schlagen und die Honigmasse dazugeben. Den Ofen auf Ober-\/Unterhitze 170\u00b0C vorheizen. Jetzt die trockenen Zutaten kurz unterr\u00fchren. Ich habe noch ein bisschen Milch dazugegeben, da mir die Masse zu fest war. Den Teig ca. 3\/4 hoch in die Vertiefungen f\u00fcllen und die Muffins ca. 20 Minuten backen.
