Die Butter in Fl\u00f6ckchen dazugeben. Langsam die Milch dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen und zu einem Teig verkneten. Den Teig ca. 15 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen. Den Teig ungef\u00e4hr 2 cm dick ausrollen. Mit einer runden Form (Durchmesser: 6 cm) ausstechen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben. Mit Milch bestreichen und im kurz vorgeheizten Ofen bei 220 \u00b0C ca. 15 Minuten goldgelb backen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Br\u00f6tchen lassen sich sehr gut in der Mitte durchschneiden.
