Die Zutaten abwiegen. Das Mehl gleich mit Backpulver und Natron vermischen. Die Karotten sch\u00e4len und reiben. Die fein geriebenen Karotten in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit den Haseln\u00fcssen und einem TL Zimtpulver mischen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">In einer weiteren Sch\u00fcssel das Ei mit dem Rohrzucker mixen.\u00a0 Die Buttermilch, das Karotten-Haselnuss-Gemisch und das \u00d6l unterheben.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Jetzt die Mehlmischung dar\u00fcbersieben und z\u00fcgig einr\u00fchren. Den Ofen auf 180 \u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen. Den Teig mit einem L\u00f6ffel in die Vertiefungen f\u00fcllen.
