Das Mehl mit Backpulver mischen.\u00a0 Eine Muffinform mit Papierf\u00f6rmchen auslegen. Butter mit Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Die Eier einzeln dazugeben. Mascarpone dazumixen. Die Mehl-Mischung dazugeben und nur so lange mit einem Schneebesen r\u00fchren, bis alles feucht ist. Zum Schluss die gewaschenenen Himbeeren vorsichtig unterheben.<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size: small;\">Den Ofen auf Ober-\/Unterhitze 180\u00b0C vorheizen und den Teig in die Muffinformen geben.
