Das tiefe Blech gut einfetten.Das Obst waschen und putzen: die Erdbeeren halbieren, den Rhabarber in ca. 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Streusel vorbereiten: In einem kleinen Topf die Butter schmelzen, mit Mehl, Zucker und gemahlenen Haseln\u00fcssen in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen und mit den H\u00e4nden zu Streuseln verarbeiten. Den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen. F\u00fcr den Teig Butter und Zucker schaumig schlagen. Die Eier einzeln dazumixen. Mehl, Backpulver, Salz und Zitronenschale unterr\u00fchren. Den Teig in das gefettete Backblech f\u00fcllen, das Obst darauf verteilen. Auch die Streusel dar\u00fcbergeben.
